IQC – Incoming Quality Control

IPQC – In-Process Quality Control
Purpose: To ensure structural strength and stability from the very beginning.
Metal materials: Chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, and tensile testing — ensuring strength and ductility.
Wood materials: Moisture content control, density testing, and bending/compression resistance — preventing deformation and cracking.
Structural Performance Testing
Purpose: To ensure product safety and stability during daily use.
Static load test: Verifies the weight-bearing capacity of desktops, shelves, and seating surfaces.
Anti-tipping test: Ensures tall cabinets and bookcases remain stable under load.
Surface & Coating Tests
Purpose: To ensure aesthetics, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability.
